High cubic content gradient carbide substrate, gives good anti-deformation resistance and excellent high temperature performance. MT-TiCN+AlO3+ TiN coating has very good surface quality, and easy to recognize wear. Suitable for semifinishing to finishing steel machining.

Relatively High cubic gradient carbide substrate, with good anti-deformation resistance and toughness. MT-TiCN+Al2O3+-TiN coating has very good surface quality, and easy to recognize wear. Suitable for semifinishing to roughing steel machining.

Low Cobalt content, and high cubic content carbide substrate combine with thick TiCN and Al2O3, treated by special after coating treatment, which gives insert wonderful wearing resistance. Preferred grade for semifinishing to finishing steel machining.

If you only need a few pieces to check our quality, we are glad to provide samples for free. However, we do not offer free shipping services. Discounts are available for large quantity orders.
6. How about the OEM service? +
Provide your sample, CAD print, or hand sketch, and we will design and program it on our CAM workstation. We discuss and design suitable geometries to meet specific application needs, providing 3D views and samples for final approval before mass production.
