A: Samples usually take 3-7 days. Mass production orders take 7-45 days depending on the quantity and part complexity.
Q: Is it possible to monitor production progress without visiting?
A: Yes, we provide a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports including digital pictures and videos showing the machining progress.
Q: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A: Absolutely. We can sign an NDA before receiving your drawings and will not release them to any third party without your permission.
Q: What should I do if I don't have technical drawings?
A: You can send your sample to our factory. We can then reverse-engineer it, provide better solutions, and create CAD/3D files for you.
