Our standard tolerance ranges from 0.01mm to 0.05mm. We can also provide tighter tolerances based on specific customized requirements.
How do you ensure the quality of manufactured parts?
We perform 100% inspection using advanced equipment such as CMM, projectors, and altimeters. Quality inspection reports are provided before delivery.
What surface treatments do you offer?
We provide various finishes including anodizing (clear and color), sandblasting, polishing, zinc/nickel/chrome plating, powder coating, and laser engraving.
Which file formats can I send for a quotation?
We accept 2D drawings in PDF or CAD format, and 3D models in IGES, STEP, or UG formats.
