Yes, we accept sample and small trial orders. Since products are fully customized, the unit cost for small quantities is usually higher. However, we can recalculate and refund the difference if you place a subsequent mass order.

For small orders, the lead time is generally 10–20 days after drawing confirmation. Larger or more complex orders will have a negotiated delivery schedule based on specific requirements.

How do you handle defective products?

We provide free replacements for any defective products. In urgent situations, we will arrange immediate shipment of replacement parts to ensure your project stays on track.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Please provide the drawing (PDF, IGS, DWG, or STEP), material type, weight, quantity, and any specific surface finish requirements. If you don't have a drawing, a physical sample is also acceptable.
