Derived from aero-turbine engine technology combined with optimal specific speed design, our systems achieve a maximum efficiency of up to 75%. All impellers undergo rotational tests at 120% of rated speed to validate structural stability.
We utilize aero-grade Aluminum 7075 alloy for its lightweight properties and high stability. Titanium alloy options are also available for specific compressor applications. All processing is executed via 5-axis machining centers to minimize tolerances, complemented by anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion treatments for extended service life.
